7:00 meeting and presentations to the Visitor Center - Natural History Museum of the Majella National Park in Fara San Martino in Town Hall Square. Out with their car in the Capo Stains (700 m asl) and start hiking trail grade (paths made up ground on trails of various kinds: earth, debris, and rocks that require a good workout to walk for a few hours as well as a minimal sense of direction).

Dress code: long pants; t-shirts; sweater or fleece; long socks; hiking shoes.
What to put in your backpack: a spare shirt and sweater; Breathable and waterproof jacket with hood; sun hat with visor; sunglasses; raincoats or ponchos; water bottle (minimum 1 liter); energy food ; Sun lotion; I highly recommend binoculars and camera .
What to leave in the car: comfortable shoes and further spare of the clothing.
The guide reserves the right in case of bad weather or other force majeure that could endanger the safety of the participants, to cancel or modify the program of activities and predetermined routes.
The departure time should be respected for reasons of logistics and to guarantee a successful hike.
Possibility of staying the night before at a discount at the hostel Macchia del Fresco owned by the Majella National Park Authority and managed by the Cooperative La porta del Sole in Fara San Martino.
