BY TRAIN
Abruzzo is connected by train thanks to a network of national and regional transfers. The two main lines are the Adriatic railroad line that connect the coastal towns to city like Milan, Bologna, Foggia, Bari and the railroad to Rome. Moreover many local trains give the opportunity to move all around Abruzzo. The service is conducted by the Ferrovie Italiane dello Stato. BY BUS
Abruzzo and especially Pescara is connected to many Italian and European towns by bus. If you arrive at the International Airport of Fiumicino or Ciampino you may find comfortable to reach Pescara by bus and than from Pescara arrange your short transfer to your final destination. Generally the buses are double deck and equipped with free WI-FI. Almost all of the company allow to by the ticket on the bus or directly on line.
