We'll leave from Bominaco where, close to the city center, we'll admire on the hill top the tower of the ancient castle and immersed in the greenery the Romanesque church of Santa Maria Assunta and the small oratory of San Pellegrino famous for its XIII century frescoes. Our trip will continues with the visit to the grotte di Stiffe (Caves of Stiffe) in the Sirente Velino Regional Park. The presence of the river, which at certain period of the year reaches a large flow, makes the caves 'alive' creating spectacular waterfalls on the outside and inside!
