IIl Palazzo is an old farmhouse which, since the sixteenth century, was owned by the family of the owner and has been the home to a thriving economy devoted to agriculture and pastoralism, stopping point and reference for travelers or for those leaving (for emigration) given the welcome that has always offered.

Today it is largely renovated, respecting the life and culture of the place: you can observe every feature of mansion that has allowed, even in the most difficult times, activities, collaboration and autonomy to the whole family. For over 15 years our business works in the tourism sector to accommodate travelers who love the mountains, nature, quiet and air quality and local products.

The restructuring, which occurred in the last decade as well as subsequent to the violent earthquake of 2009, have always been very accurate and have fully complied with the characteristics and peculiarities of each space.
Today the mansion has comfortable apartments consisting in two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen or kitchenette, two bathrooms and equipped with central heating, and apartments consisting in a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen, and en suite rooms.

The kitchens are spacious, have original fireplaces and they are always well equipped for every need. Among the rooms there are cozy lounges with fireplaces where you can entertain to talk, or read or to follow television programs.

The connection to the Internet is possible from any room.

For overnight stays are available double, triple and quadruple rooms, including one barrier-free, with services and TV.

On the ground floor, since ever the living and common working space, the stables and tack room have been converted into the kitchen and a simple but elegant  restaurant, with a cozy pizzeria, for evenings with friends and in a conference room for more demanding professional meetings.

The ancient rooms reserved to the joinery and the cellar of the house have become places where you can tastelocal products and wines.
On both sides of the House two gardens are reserved for quiet moments of rest and relaxation.

The residence is located on the road to Castel Del Monte, 50 m from the junction to Campo Imperatore and the path to Rocca Calascio; it is accessible by car, there is easy parking and it is a convenient starting point for excursions.
