Departure: Start hike on the path H1 of the Majella National Park and visit the gorge and the Monastery of St. Martin in the Valley 9:30

Difficulty: Moderate hikes, 4-5 hours per day (excluding stops) in high hill and mountainous areas on well-maintained and marked trails , with short steep uphill or downhill gradients of up to 500 meters. Require a certain familiarity with the mountain and a physical training to walk.
Equipment: hiking boots are required. It is advisable to bring warm clothing in your backpack (jacket, hat and gloves) for the phase of stalking. In addition they recommend binoculars and camera.
