Born to ensure high-quality food for the family, the company started producing and transforming strictly organic berries, then expanded to the vegetables; later it has embraced the concept of multifunctionality and closed supply chain to arrive at today with a small herd of sheep and goats, a chicken coop, a small greenhouse and an apiary. All this is complemented by a rational use of resources (management, water treatment and recovery, heat and power).
The company facilities were opened to the public to offer several services: point of sale, fair trade groups, accommodation, tasting of typical products and km0 products, guided visits and training courses in various fields.
The educational aspect is further developed to disseminate the principles underlying this activity, and today the company is recognized as an educational farm and participates in several projects including composting and the protection of biodiversity.
