Departure: Transfer by car and start walking to the hermitage of Sant 'Onofrio: 9:30am
Return to the car and short transfer to the starting point of the path to Castelmenardo: 10:45am
Back to the cars: 12:00am
Walk and visit to the monastery of San Liberatore a Majella: 12:30am
Stop for a packed lunch: 1:15pm
Walk along the Alento river: 1:45pm to 3:00pm
End of the hike and greetings: 3:15pm
