Navelli: a village with thousand of surprises.

I'll let you discover my secret Navelli. We'll meet at Piazza San Pelino where you can park the car. than we'll start our discovery of Navelli.

During our walk we'll have a chance to see the Church of San Rosario, Palazzo de Roccis (Palazzo of the Millionaire), Porta Porta San Pelino. After seeing Piazza delle Mura Rotte we'll discover the old houses of the Borgo. At the top of the hill we'll visit Palazzo Santucci and the church of San Sebastiano. The square in front of the palace will give us a chance to admire the field of saffron and chickpeas  and to have a little taste of local bread and olive oil.

After a little bit of relax we'll go down the hill to reach the B&B Sotto le Volte where we'll have a wine and food taste based on local produce among which you'll have a chance to taste two liqueurs: Zire', Monachella, Ji quattro canto and Tingolo (genziana, liquorice, ratafia and grappa of quince). They are a very special to me. In fact they are produce using some of my family secret recipes.
