Theory and practice with the support of the two teachers, the materials, the cooking, lunch on the first Saturday (in a nearby restaurant), coffee breaks and insurance. The artefacts will remain the property of the trainees and will be collected on site after the completion of the necessary cooking.What's not Included

The course includes 12 hours net (excluding breaks), divided into two Saturday meetings (two weeks apart), of 8 and 4 hours.
