An urban walk to discover the evolution of the town from age to age.
The purpose of this tour is to illustrate how the transition from Roman to Medieval Chieti worked. You will discover the changes in the city layout, some of them substantial, such as the ouster of the old Roman city center from the medieval walls.
The route winds through real evidence of Roman remains (Roman Theatre, Roman Baths, Roman Temples) and museum of international importance such as the National Archaeological Museum of Villa Frigeri and The Archeological Museum La Civitella.

Please be advised that you'll walk throughout the city less than 2Km. You’ll be free approximately after 4 hours.
Please note that during the trip you have to stick to the rules of behavior in the museums and archeological spots (such as: do not pick protected stones, do not smoke, etc) and strictly follow the logistical arrangements of the guide.
